Our Team
Peter Cohen
Founded Triad over 50 years ago.
He has a well earned reputation for delivering first rate construction in prime locations.
His philosophy is simple: “It’s not just about doing good deals, it’s about doing good real estate and quality work. The success will follow.”
Ben Cohen
For two decades now, Ben and his sister Kathy have partnered with their father in managing Triad as a tight knit family business.
As Ben puts it: “My father, Kathy and I make all major decisions together. We’ve extended the concept of family to all our transactions. We regard ourselves as being in the relationship business, that is our anchor. Relationship first, then profit, not the other way around.”
Kathy Cohen
Says: “We purposely keep our portfolio limited so that we can exercise a personal touch in everything we do. For example, we know all our tenants by name and we treat them as members of the family. We are not some remote conglomerate or institution.”
