Award Winning Design
Starting in the 1980s, Triad renovated and extended an older
building on Decarie Boulevard for Ericsson Communications, and
then went on to develop and manage Ericsson’s entire corporate
campus in Montreal including the addition of two new office
towers. This half million square foot mixed-use complex has won
acclaim for the quality of its construction, boldness of design,
and ease and economy of use.
